Winter 2014 - Junior Cricket Tour to West Indies

NEW TOUR RELEASED !!!!

We will be returning to the West Indies in 2014 after a very successful 2012,2011 and 2007 tours to the Caribbean and the US.

Our first team will be our older boys who will play against 1st Xi or U17/18 teams, whilst our second team will be playing against U15/16 teams.

The team will be filled on a first come first in basis, and will feature individual players from across Australia.

Each team will play 7-8 games on tour against club, school and representative teams with 5-6 games in Barbados and 2 games in California

Players 14 to 17 in 2014 are welcome to apply.

Parents and supporters are also welcome to accompany the squad on their travels.

The tour will be lead by an experienced coaches and managers who are representative level coaches from NSW, QLD and Victoria.

Tour inclusions cover international flights, accommodation, games, breakfast, some dinners, travel insurance, internal transfers, and most sightseeing, as well as the opportunity to head out to swim with turtles on a boat trip..

The tour will depart late June 2014 and return mid July 2014.

WINTER 2013 - Junior Cricket Tour to England and France and the ASHES

Wanderers Australia will be sending junior boys cricket teams to England, during the winter 2013 winter school holidays to coincide with the Ashes tour of Australia to England. Our teams will have the opportunity to see the Australian team play in two tour matches leading up to the tests

There are no selections of tryouts for the tour. All spots are filled on a first come first in basis. All players play equal time on tour and get equal opportunity to bat, bowl and keep, depending on what they prefer to specialise in.

Our squad will be split into two age groups.......one team will be our older boys who will play against 1st XI or U16/17 teams,  whilst our next team will be playing against U14/15 teams. Players aged 14 to 17 in 2013 can apply still to fill the remaining places.

The teams will  be filled on a first come first in basis, and will feature individual  players from across Australia. Each team will play 8 games on tour  against club, school and representative teams.

Players who are turning between 14 to 18 in 2013 are welcome to apply.

Parents and supporters are also welcome to accompany the squad on their travels.

The tour will be  lead by an experienced coaches and managers who are representative level  coaches and leading cricket figures in their region.

The team will tour Lords, see all the sights in London, play against local clubs ans  representative teams, and finish with some time in Paris at the end of  the tour, including a visit to the World War One Battlefields of the  Somme.

Tour inclusions cover  international flights, accommodation, games, breakfast, some dinners, travel insurance, internal transfers, and sightseeing tours of London,  Paris and the Somme battlefields.

The tour will depart on late June 2013 and arrive back mid July 2013, during the winter school holidays.

The tour will commence in London, touring various parts of the UK, before finishing in Paris.
